Lead with Purpose - Become a Regional General Manager at MSI UK (Central London)

Are you an experienced leader who thrives on making a meaningful impact? MSI Reproductive Choices UK is seeking a Regional General Manager to oversee our Central London region, driving high quality, safe and sustainable reproductive healthcare services.

In this pivotal role, you will shape strategy, lead diverse teams, and champion exceptional client-centred care every single day.

Location: Central London
Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday-Friday
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £51,078.01 - £56,441.20 (dependent on experience)

About the Role

As Regional General Manager, you'll provide exceptional leadership across multiple Treatment Centres, ensuring that services remain safe, compliant and operationally strong. You will:

  • Lead, support and develop multidisciplinary teams to deliver outstanding client care.
  • Act as Registered Manager and Controlled Drugs Accountable Officer, ensuring full compliance with CQC and regulatory standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement across safety, client experience and operational performance.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to support organisational goals.
  • Promote a culture of inclusion, accountability and innovation.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding and ongoing development of local service delivery teams.
What You'll Bring

Essential skills & experience:

  • Proven leadership of dispersed teams with full P&L accountability.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid understanding of compliance, governance and regulatory requirements.
  • Confident in data analysis and using performance metrics to influence decision making.
  • Experience delivering client-focused services and managing performance and KPIs.
  • A people first leadership style with a passion for building positive, inclusive cultures.
  • Experience within private healthcare or the NHS.
  • Previous Registered Manager experience or similar leadership roles.
