Regional FM Lead: Strategy, Energy & Supply Chain

JAM Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Facilities Management Regional Manager for Guildford. Hybrid working 2-3 days per week in the office, £53.24 an hour Umbrella Inside IR35, 12 month initial contract.

Key duties include strategic liaison between stakeholders and supply chain, driving operational excellence, energy-focused initiatives, and overseeing governance, budgets and forward planning across the FM estate.
