Our client, a leading international facilities management provider, is seeking an experienced Facilities Management professional in hard services, to lead a major multi-site Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) portfolio across the South and South-West of Ireland.

This is a senior leadership opportunity responsible for the delivery of hard and some soft FM services across a diverse client base spanning life sciences, manufacturing, healthcare and commercial environments. The successful candidate will have full accountability for operational performance, client relationships, compliance, commercial outcomes and team leadership across a high-profile portfolio.

The Opportunity

Managing approximately six key client sites, you will lead a team of Site Managers and operational leaders, ensuring consistent service excellence across engineering, maintenance, compliance and workplace services functions. This role requires a technical background combined with proven experience leading integrated FM contracts. It will suit an ambitious facilities management professional who is comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels while managing senior client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of integrated facilities management services across a multi-site portfolio.
• Manage both hard and soft services operations, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient service delivery.
• Act as the primary relationship owner for key client stakeholders.
• Drive account performance through effective P&L management, budgeting and forecasting.
• Lead, coach and develop Site Managers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure statutory compliance, technical governance and HSEQ standards are achieved.
• Monitor contract KPIs, SLAs and operational performance metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement, innovation and service enhancement initiatives.
• Support contract mobilisations, projects and business growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with commercial, procurement, finance and operational teams to maximise performance and profitability.

About You

You will bring:

• Significant experience managing Integrated Facilities Management, Technical Services or Engineering contracts.
• A strong technical FM, engineering or building services background.
• Experience managing multi-site operations across complex environments.
• Proven ownership of budgets and multi-million euro P&L responsibility.
• Strong client-facing experience with senior stakeholder engagement.
• Knowledge of hard services compliance, maintenance and asset lifecycle management.
• Exposure to soft services delivery within a large-scale FM environment.
• Experience leading Site Managers and large operational teams.
• A commercial mindset with a track record of improving performance and identifying growth opportunities.

Desirable Qualifications

• Related Qualification in; Engineering, Building Services, Facilities Management or similar
• IWFM/BIFM membership or equivalent professional accreditation.
• IOSH, NEBOSH or similar health and safety qualification.
• Professional membership such as CIBSE, IET or equivalent.
