THE ROLE

Step into a pivotal leadership role shaping the Bank's place based activity in your area. This is your opportunity to drive meaningful commercial impact, strengthen the local finance ecosystem and unlock growth for high potential businesses.

As the senior representative for place based work in your region, you will define and deliver a tailored local strategy that aligns with the Bank's wider objectives. You will draw on your commercial expertise, local market insight and the Bank's full toolkit to catalyse investment activity and generate measurable outcomes.

Success in this role comes from building trusted, credible relationships with finance providers across the spectrum-BBB fund managers, banks, non banks and limited partners-using your technical understanding of equity and debt products to identify and shape opportunities. Your leadership will help create the right conditions for enhanced investment by working with both private and public partners to influence and deliver effective local structures and initiatives.

This position requires strong strategic capability, proven experience in dealmaking, and the confidence to operate as a key partner to senior stakeholders. It also calls for a leader who can guide a team directly while mobilising colleagues across the organisation behind a shared mission.

With your ability to drive commercial outcomes, influence systems and change, and strengthen local economies, this role offers the platform to make a tangible difference.
