About the Role

We are seeking a Regional Cyber Security Lead to support our Europe and USA operations. Reporting to the Group Senior Manager for Cyber Governance, Risk and Compliance, you will drive the adoption and ongoing operation of the Group cyber security framework across the region. As the primary cyber security contact, you will work closely with regional leadership, local IT teams, and the Group Cyber Security function to ensure policies and standards are consistently embedded in line with operational needs. You will oversee the implementation and effectiveness of cyber security controls, ensuring risks are identified, assessed, and well managed. The role also coordinates regional cyber incident response, guiding local teams through incidents, ensuring clear communication, timely escalation, and structured post incident reviews. Strong collaboration, influencing skills, and a pragmatic approach are key to succeeding in this diverse, multi country environment.

This is a permanent, full time hybrid position, with 1-2 days per week in our London office - Eastcastle Street, London, W1W 8DY.

Who We Are Looking For

You are an experienced cyber security professional with strong governance, risk, and compliance expertise in regional or international settings. You have hands on experience applying security policies and controls across dispersed teams and are familiar with frameworks such as NIST and CIS. You bring incident response experience, audit and assurance involvement, and the ability to communicate cyber risks clearly to technical and non technical audiences. Strong influencing, organisational, and stakeholder management skills are essential. Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CRISC (or equivalent experience) are highly desirable.
