Regional Care Training Specialist - Induction & Development

Barchester Healthcare is seeking an Operational Trainer to deliver induction and development training across our network of 240+ care homes and independent hospitals. This role supports staff confidence and competency in person-centred care across a regional area.

The position is home-based with travel across Banbury, Tewkesbury, Malvern and Oxford, enabling you to coach teams and monitor progress while integrating Barchester's ethos and quality standards.
