Your MissionDrive strategic growth across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. Take the lead in securing long-term partnerships with government, defence, and institutional clients - including ministries, municipalities, NATO, and EU organizations.

- Develop, manage, and convert a strong business pipeline within the defence and public sector domains.
- Lead the full capture process - from opportunity identification and stakeholder engagement to bid strategy and contract award.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Proposal, Operations, Finance, and Legal) to deliver competitive and compliant offers.
- Navigate complex public procurement processes, including EU and national frameworks, DPS, and e-tendering platforms.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with key government and defence stakeholders across the Benelux region.
- Deliver accurate forecasting and achieve defined business growth, revenue, and margin targets.
- Minimum 10 years of experience winning government or defence contracts in the Benelux region.
- Proven success with ministries of defence, national agencies, municipalities, or NATO/NSPA.
- Fluent in English, plus proficiency in Dutch or French.
- Strong understanding of procurement platforms such as e-Procurement NL, e-Tendering BE, and TED.
- Demonstrated track record in securing multi-year service contracts (e.g., logistics, facility management, construction, or supply chain services).
