Recruitment Specialist

This is a Office Based position in Basingstoke, Hampshire

As aPeople & Culture Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, screening and hiring talent in hard to fill roles to meet ongoing staffing levels. To work closely with the Recruitment Manager to understand job requirements, manage the recruitment process and deliver a positive candidate experience.

You must have experience in recruitment and selection, with demonstrable evidence of an ability to source candidates. You will be required to research suitable candidates using your network of sources within the health, nursing and care sector. You will be required to cold call and build relationships with future candidates to create a pipeline of ongoing successful employees.

You will be organised, a fast paced worker, and have ability to work under pressure juggling several tasks at once.

Occasional travel to allocated Care Homes is required, sobeing a car driver is essential.
