Job Description
Role Title: Recruitment Scheduler/Recruitment Administrator
Duration: contract to run until 25/09/2026
Location: Hybrid - London, Manchester (Flexible) - hybrid to be flexible, whereby we're open to remote working. If they want hybrid, maximum of one day in the London office (Wednesdays).
Rate: up to £184 p/d Umbrella inside IR35
Clearance required: UK Passport Holder
Role purpose/summary
- Manage end to end interview scheduling across multiple hiring managers, candidates.
- Coordinate interview logistics, including panel availability, room bookings, and virtual meeting links.
- Act as the central point of contact for candidates regarding interview arrangements and updates.
- Maintain accurate and up to date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Prepare and distribute interview packs and supporting documentation to hiring panels.
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition Business Partners to ensure smooth hiring processes.
- Proactively identify scheduling conflicts and find effective solutions to minimise delays.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with all stakeholders to ensure an excellent candidate experience.
- Support administrative tasks such as offer letter preparation, onboarding coordination, or compliance checks (if required).
- Provide regular updates on scheduling progress, challenges, and hiring timelines.
