We are seeking an office based - experienced and detail-oriented Recruitment Consultant / Talent Specialist to support our growing recruitment function. This role is suited to someone with a background in either agency recruitment or in-house talent acquisition, who is confident managing the end-to-end candidate process while also supporting business development efforts.

The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying, assessing, and presenting high-quality candidates to clients, while working closely with sales recruiters to help secure and deliver on new business opportunities.

Candidate Management & Delivery
  • Draft clear, engaging, and accurate job descriptions tailored to client requirements
  • Source and screen candidates through various channels (CV databases, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.)
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments and interviews
  • Review and shortlist CVs in line with role criteria
  • Carry out reference checks and background screening where required
  • Prepare detailed candidate summaries and recommendations for client submission
Client & Sales Support
  • Work closely with sales recruiters to understand client needs and role requirements
  • Support the preparation of candidate shortlists to help win new business
  • Provide insights on candidate availability, salary expectations, and market trends
  • Assist in preparing documentation and materials for client presentations
  • Maintain strong communication with internal teams to ensure timely delivery
Process & Compliance
  • Ensure all candidate information is accurately recorded and maintained
  • Adhere to data protection and confidentiality requirements (GDPR compliance)
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism and candidate experience throughout the process
Key Requirements
  • Proven experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)
  • Strong CV screening and candidate assessment skills
  • Experience conducting reference checks and preparing candidate reports
  • Ability to write clear, compelling job descriptions and candidate recommendations
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
