Job Title

Recruitment Manager - Accountancy & Finance, Southampton Hybrid (3 days office, 2 days WFH)

Salary & Benefits

Salary: Up to £45,000 pa (Including car allowance + uncapped bonus)

Responsibilities

• Full ownership of the Accountancy & Finance market across the South Coast
• Run a successful 360 desk (perm, contract & temp finance)
• Maximise revenue from existing clients while expanding market share
• Develop and execute clear BD and growth strategies
• Position yourself as the regional A&F expert with clients and candidates
• Work alongside senior leadership to build a team once revenue milestones are reached

Qualifications

• Proven success in 360 recruitment (A&F or another white collar/professional market)
• Strong commercial awareness and confidence owning a market
• Track record of billing, BD, and relationship development
• Ambition to step into - or continue - leadership
• Professional, values driven approach aligned with fairness, ownership, and collaboration
