Job Description

I am delighted to be supporting a leading name in financial services in recruiting a Recruitment Manager to join the business on a permanent basis.

Partner with hiring managers to create effective recruitment and talent selection plans, aimed at attracting and retaining top talent.

Client Details

I am supporting a prominent firm in financial services that has successfully navigated the first half of the year and is eager for growth and positive change.

The role involves leading end-to-end recruitment processes while managing a team of individuals.

The client offers hybrid working with 3 days per week required in the office.

Description

The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for:

  • Partnering with hiring managers to create effective recruitment and talent plans
  • Collaborating on job adverts for open roles
  • Promoting vacancies via careers pages, job boards, and social media
  • Building strong relationships with recruitment agencies to fill specialist roles
  • Managing the existing Preferred Supplier List (PSL) of external agencies, ensuring rates and terms are current

Profile

The ideal Recruitment Manager will have experience in:

  • Understanding the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding and retention
  • Internal or agency recruitment experience
  • Experience in business or professional services (preferred)
  • Proficiency in HR systems, including Applicant Tracking Systems

Job Offer

Recruitment Manager - £65,000 - £70,000 + Bonus - London - Hybrid (3 days/week) - Financial Services - Permanent
