The client offers hybrid working with 3 days per week required in the office.
Description
The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for:
- Partnering with hiring managers to create effective recruitment and talent plans
- Collaborating on job adverts for open roles
- Promoting vacancies via careers pages, job boards, and social media
- Building strong relationships with recruitment agencies to fill specialist roles
- Managing the existing Preferred Supplier List (PSL) of external agencies, ensuring rates and terms are current
Profile
The ideal Recruitment Manager will have experience in:
- Understanding the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding and retention
- Internal or agency recruitment experience
- Experience in business or professional services (preferred)
- Proficiency in HR systems, including Applicant Tracking Systems
Job Offer
Recruitment Manager - £65,000 - £70,000 + Bonus - London - Hybrid (3 days/week) - Financial Services - Permanent
