My client, one of the fastest-growing technology companies in the UK, is looking to appoint an experienced Head of Recruitment on an initial 6-month contract to help support a critical phase of growth.
This is a high-impact leadership role where you will be responsible not only for delivering immediate hiring needs, but also for designing and implementing the recruitment strategy that will support the company's continued expansion.
The RoleThe Head of Recruitment will play a dual role within the organisation:
1. Talent Delivery
Supporting the business in attracting, hiring, and onboarding high-quality talent across both technical and business functions.
2. Strategic Growth
Helping define and implement scalable recruitment processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring the organisation has a clear and robust hiring strategy in place as it continues to grow.
You will work closely with senior leadership to shape hiring strategy, improve recruitment operations, and ensure the talent function is structured to support the company's ambitious growth plans.
Key Responsibilities-
Lead and manage the company's recruitment strategy during a period of rapid growth

Partner with senior leadership to plan and deliver hiring aligned to business objectives

Build and streamline recruitment processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience

Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract top technical and commercial talent

Introduce structure, reporting, and best practices within the recruitment function

Manage relationships with external recruitment partners where required

Ensure a smooth and consistent onboarding experience for new hires

Provide strategic input on workforce planning and future hiring needs

Proven experience leading recruitment or talent acquisition within a high-growth technology environment

Experience scaling teams and hiring across technical disciplines (engineering, data, product, etc.)

Strong understanding of recruitment strategy, workforce planning, and talent pipelines

Demonstrated ability to build or improve recruitment processes in fast-moving organisations

A strategic mindset with the ability to operate hands-on when required

Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with senior leadership teams
