Job Description
We are currently partnering with a market-leading global organisation based in Swords, Co. Dublin, to recruit a Talent & Recruitment Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly dynamic team and play a central role in managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and employee onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment Operations: Manage candidate communications, schedule interviews, and oversee job postings across various platforms.
- Candidate & Manager Support: Act as the primary contact for applicants to deliver a high-touch candidate experience, while supporting hiring managers with interview coordination and pipeline updates.
- Onboarding & Compliance: Issue employment contracts, draft offer letters, coordinate pre-employment screening (references, right-to-work, compliance), and facilitate seamless new-hire inductions.
- Reporting & Systems: Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), track key recruitment metrics, and generate hiring activity reports.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal HR teams, recruitment agencies, job boards, and external partners.
- HR Projects & Culture: Support broader HR initiatives, talent development programs, continuous process improvements, and employee engagement events.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, or general HR administration.
- Education: Degree level qualification (Level 8 preferred), ideally in HR or a business-related discipline.
- Technical Skills: Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or HRIS databases.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with recruitment best practices, candidate management, and basic understanding of Irish employment legislation/GDPR.
- Key Attributes: Excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, proactive communication style, and the ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
