We're currently recruiting for a Recruitment Co-ordinator to join a busy and supportive team based in Bath. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong admin skills looking to build on experience within recruitment.

Key responsibilities:

• Posting job adverts across multiple platforms
• Screening and shortlisting applications
• Presenting suitable candidates to hiring managers
• Arranging and coordinating interviews
• Updating and tracking candidates on the internal system

About you:

• Previous recruitment coordination experience
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident communicator with good IT skills
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
