Job Description
Overview

Reed Talent Solutions is hiring in Northampton for a Recruitment Coordinator to join the Angard Staffing department and support the Service Delivery Team. This is a full-time role (37.5 hours per week) working 5 out of 7 days on a rota basis, including early, late, and weekend shifts. The role is a fixed-term contract until December 2026. The Angard Staffing Recruitment Team are involved at the start of a candidate's journey to work for The Royal Mail Group, handling a high volume of applications submitted for Royal Mail Distribution Centres, Mail Centres, and Delivery Offices across the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities
  • Support high-volume recruitment campaigns
  • Manage candidate applications through the full recruitment process from screening to offer
  • Attract candidates using different recruitment tools
  • Provide an excellent standard of customer service and handle candidate queries
  • Collect and check right-to-work documentation on behalf of the client
  • Work towards agreed targets and SLAs to meet the client's requirements

  • Strong customer service skills with confidence in meeting and exceeding targets
  • Computer literate and proficient with MS Office systems
  • Confident in communicating via telephone and email
  • Team player who is flexible to support colleagues as required
