This is an excellent opportunity for someone with recruitment experience who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys keeping processes running smoothly.The RoleYou will work closely with a senior team member who requires a dependable and organised "right-hand" support. You will play a key role in supporting the hiring process, ensuring seamless coordination between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers, as well as shortlisting roles.You will initially support recruitment for junior-level roles and help manage multiple vacancies in a dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate interviews and manage complex scheduling across multiple stakeholders
  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process for junior-level roles
  • Act as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain accurate records and updates within recruitment systems
  • Assist recruiters and hiring managers with administrative and coordination tasks
  • Prioritise tasks effectively to manage competing deadlines
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
  • Support weekly planning and workflow management
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders
