The RoleAs a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you'll take full ownership of your desk and manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including:
- Developing and strengthening relationships with clients across the US Engineering or Technology markets
- Winning new business and identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts
- Managing vacancies from initial brief through to successful placement
- Sourcing, attracting and engaging high-calibre STEM professionals
- Providing clients with market intelligence, salary benchmarking and hiring advice
- Negotiating offers and managing the recruitment process through to completion
- Building a profitable desk and consistently growing your billings
- 1-3 years' experience operating in a 360 recruitment role
- A background in STEM recruitment, ideally Technology, Engineering, Data, Infrastructure or a related market
- A proven track record in business development and client relationship management
- Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills
- A highly motivated, competitive and financially driven mindset
- The ambition to progress quickly and build a successful long-term career in recruitment
- Availability to work US market hours
