Job Description

Are you an experienced agency recruiter with proven B2B sales success and a background in social care recruitment?
This is a rare opportunity to launch and own a social care recruitment desk within a respected, family-run agency that's been thriving for 30+ years in commercial and IT recruitment.

We are expanding into the social care market for the first time and are looking for a consultant who can hit the ground running, bringing their agency expertise, client development skills, and evidence of commission/billings.

This is not a resourcer or in-house role - we want a consultant who can win clients, grow accounts, and prove they've billed successfully in the care sector.

Tasks

What you will be doing

  • Building and running a 360 social care desk from day one
  • Generating B2B new business across care homes, residential services and supported living providers
  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, compliance, client delivery
  • Ensuring all compliance (DBS, RTW, referencing, safeguarding) is met
  • Growing into a leadership role as the division expands
Requirements

What we are looking for

  • Minimum 2 years in an agency recruitment role (social care sector strongly preferred). Please only apply if you have agency experience.
  • Proven B2B new business experience - able to demonstrate account wins and client growth
  • Evidence of billing success - please include details of your personal commission/billings
  • Strong knowledge of social care compliance (DBS, RTW, referencing, safeguarding)
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial and ambitious - comfortable working with autonomy and accountability
