Your Mission

As a Talent Recruiter, you'll be at the heart of our growth. Your goal: attract top talent and connect them to the right opportunities. You'll join a passionate, driven team that puts people first.

• Understand client needs alongside our business development team.
• Source and identify high-potential candidates.
• Define smart search strategies with fellow recruiters.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews.
• Ensure a top-notch candidate experience at every step.
• Stay current on the latest recruiting tools and methods.
• Grow and maintain your professional network.
• Share constructive feedback and help candidates improve.

You are:
