£28,000 - £34,000 base salary depending on experience plus £5k to £25k extra in OTE

About the job What You'll Be Doing

• Building relationships - Connect with schools and educators, understand their needs, and match the right people to the right opportunities.
• Growing your network - Develop a strong candidate pipeline and expand your client base with expert guidance and support.
• Becoming a trusted advisor - Engage with school decision-makers and offer tailored recruitment solutions.
• Keeping up with education trends - Stay informed on what's happening in the sector to provide market-leading insights.
