The Role

You'll join a supportive, high-performing team with responsibility for developing and growing your own recruitment market. This is a 360 recruitment role combining business development, client relationship management, and candidate delivery.

You'll spend time meeting clients, understanding their hiring needs, securing new business opportunities, and building trusted partnerships across your market. Alongside this, you'll source and engage top talent, managing the recruitment process from initial vacancy through to successful placement.

Working across permanent recruitment, you'll use your market knowledge, network, and consultative approach to generate opportunities and deliver outstanding results for both clients and candidates.

What You'll Be Doing

• Developing new business opportunities through proactive sales activity, networking, and client engagement
• Attending client meetings to understand hiring challenges and identify growth opportunities
• Building and nurturing long term relationships with new and existing clients
• Becoming a market expert and trusted recruitment partner within your specialist sector
• Managing, growing, and maximising existing client accounts
• Identifying and converting opportunities within both warm and new prospective clients
• Sourcing, headhunting, and engaging high quality candidates
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy briefing through to placement
• Negotiating fees, salaries, rates, and offers
• Providing market intelligence and recruitment advice to clients
• Delivering an exceptional candidate and client experience throughout the recruitment process
• Working towards and exceeding individual and team revenue targets
• Contributing to a collaborative, high performance team culture
• Maintaining compliance and ensuring all processes are completed to a high standard

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a proven track record in business development and relationship management.

You'll be confident building new business, comfortable meeting clients face to face, and motivated by developing long term commercial partnerships. Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle and working within a target driven environment is essential.

To be successful you'll be:

• An experienced recruiter with 360 recruitment experience
• A strong business developer with a proven ability to win and grow accounts
• Commercially astute and motivated by achieving and exceeding targets
• Confident networking and building relationships at all levels
• Consultative in your approach with strong influencing and negotiation skills
• Resilient, proactive, and driven by success
• Passionate about delivering excellent service to both clients and candidates

What You'll Receive

• Up to £30,000 basic salary DOE plus monthly commission Uncapped
• 24 days' holiday (rising to 27 with service) plus your birthday off
