Recruitment Consultant - Engineering

Crawley 4 Days Office, 1 Day Home

Salary: £27,500 - £37,500 + Uncapped Commission

What You'll Be Doing

• Winning new business and developing client relationships
• Sourcing and placing engineering professionals
• Managing the full recruitment process from vacancy to placement
• Building your own specialist market and reputation
• Working towards uncapped commission and career progression opportunities

As part of our wider Engineering business, you'll also attend our Southend office once per quarter (fully expensed) to meet and collaborate with the wider Engineering team.
