• Salary up to £40k depending on experience

• Earn 10% commission from day one during your initial training period

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for managing a 360 recruitment desk within specialist markets.

• Develop new business and build long-term client relationships
• Manage the full recruitment process from vacancy qualification through to placement
• Source, interview and manage high-quality candidates
• Negotiate offers and manage the recruitment process through to completion
• Build lasting relationships with both clients and candidates
• Work alongside an experienced and successful recruitment team

• You'll already have agency recruitment experience and be looking for a business where your efforts are recognised.
• Previous recruitment agency experience is essential
• Confident building relationships and developing new business
• Self motivated with a proactive approach
