This full-time Recruitment Consultant position with Pertemps West Midlands & Worcestershire Perm Hub is based in Neasden. The role supports a major national logistics contract and requires a highly organised, commercially focused, and customer driven individual.
Salary ranges from £28,000 to £32,000 per annum, with an OTE up to £34,000. Working hours are 40 per week from 08:30 to 17:30, with additional out of hours support for Nightline operations and occasional weekend cover during peak periods.

The RoleAs a Recruitment Consultant in the National Distribution team, you will coordinate drivers, support clients, maintain compliance, and ensure operational delivery across a national distribution network.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate driver plans against client forecasts
- Monitor availability and manage supply risks
- Support fulfilment and service delivery targets
- Work with recruitment teams to fill resourcing gaps
- Act as the main contact for drivers
- Manage pay, availability, and compliance queries
- Build strong client and candidate relationships
- Support driver welfare, retention, and performance
- Maintain compliance, licence checks, and governance requirements
- Assist with incidents and post accident processes
- Update internal systems and compliance records
- Support payroll processing and hours reconciliation
- Resolve payroll queries with clients
- Produce reports and management information
- Identify trends and recommend improvements
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Commercially aware and customer focused
- Calm under pressure and able to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communicator with excellent relationship building skills
- Proactive and solutions focused
- Experience in recruitment, logistics, workforce planning, compliance, or customer operations is desirable
- Good understanding of service delivery, operational KPIs, and stakeholder management is beneficial
