Proactive Personnelare looking for a Trainee Recruitment consultant to join our established team at our Wolverhampton office.

What You'll be Doing:

• Working within a busy 360 Recruitment team.
• Proactive in developing new business DAILY
• Building client relationships, meeting with clients face to face.
• Have full autonomy of managing your own plan/desk.
• Managing key accounts.
• Full accountability for your own sales.
• Candidate attraction/registrations/RTW checks.
• Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm (1 hour lunch).

• Ability to build and develop business relationships.
• This role isHEAVILYsales based - Cold Calling client and pursing active leads
• A self motivated, confident and tenacious approach.
• Desire to progress your career and be the best in your field.
