Recruitment Consultant

Job Overview

Pay Range £27,500 - £36,500 per annum + uncapped bonus. An Industrial and Logistics recruitment consultant role, managing a fast paced desk and owning the full 360 recruitment lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Win new business through proactive B2B sales activity: calls, LinkedIn, networking.
• Build and develop client relationships into long term partnerships.
• Source and headhunt high quality talent using industry leading tools.
• Match candidates to suitable opportunities and guide them through the process.
• Negotiate offers and close deals.
• Meet clients and candidates both virtually and in person.
