Legal Recruitment Consultant - Manchester

Reed is seeking a driven and ambitious Legal Recruitment Consultant for our Manchester office. This role offers the opportunity to build a successful desk within a highly respected brand, working with leading law firms and talented legal professionals across the UK. Whether you already have recruitment experience or come from a strong B2B sales background, we would like to hear from you.

Compensation & Working Arrangements
  • Salary: up to £45,000 DOE, with an uncapped bonus scheme.
  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
  • Location: Manchester city centre.
  • Working pattern: Hybrid - three days in the office and two days from home after initial onboarding.
  • Contract: Permanent, full-time.
Responsibilities
  • Developing and managing your own legal recruitment desk.
  • Building strong relationships with law firms and in house legal teams.
  • Sourcing, interviewing and placing high quality legal professionals.
  • Winning new business through proactive sales and networking.
  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from client acquisition to placement.
  • Delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates.
Qualifications
  • Previous recruitment experience or a background in B2B sales.
  • A driven, target focused mindset with a passion for achieving results.
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills.
  • Resilience, ambition and a genuine desire to succeed.
  • The ability to work in a fast paced, competitive environment.
