Salary & CommissionBasic salary: £30,000 £40,000 (DOE)

Role OverviewAt Inspired Recruitment Group, we build long term careers, trusted partnerships, and high performing desks that genuinely deliver. This role offers the ownership of a well established, high demand specialist desk in Optical & Audiology. Live vacancies, repeat clients, and an engaged candidate network are already in place - you won't start from scratch. Success is driven by quality conversations, commercial judgement, and delivery, not pointless KPIs.
Key Responsibilities• Own the entire recruitment cycle for Optical & Audiology roles.
• Advise and build relationships with clients and candidates.
• Deliver quality outcomes and achieve target commission.
Experienced recruiter who values ownership, autonomy, and doing recruitment properly. You are commercially driven, care about reputation and quality, and thrive without micromanagement.
