Job Overview

Reed is the most recognised recruitment brand in the UK, building careers across multiple sectors. This role is a 360 recruitment position based in Liverpool where you will own your own desk and develop new business.

Pay Range: £26,000-£29,500DOE + uncapped commission. Driving licence required. Working pattern: 5 days in the office initially for training, then 1-2 days working from home.

Responsibilities

• Win new business through calls, meetings and networking.
• Build and manage your own client portfolio.
• Develop strong relationships with hiring managers.
• Source and place candidates into suitable roles.
• Manage the full recruitment process end to end.
