You'll be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process while actively developing new client relationships and growing existing accounts.
From generating leads and winning new business to sourcing candidates and making placements, you'll be involved in every stage of the recruitment journey.
What You'll Be Doing Business Development- Identifying and securing new business opportunities across the healthcare sector
- Building strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders
- Conducting sales calls, client meetings, networking, and market mapping
- Developing existing client accounts to maximise growth opportunities
- Creating and implementing strategies to increase branch revenue
- Managing the full recruitment cycle from attraction to placement
- Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of quality healthcare professionals
- Matching candidates to client requirements and ensuring excellent service delivery
- Managing candidate compliance and engagement
- Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Understanding workforce challenges and providing recruitment solutions
- Delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high retention levels
We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and enjoys the challenge of building relationships and growing a desk.
Ideally, you'll have:
- Previous recruitment, sales, or business development experience
- A strong commercial mindset and passion for achieving results
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence in making outbound calls and developing new business
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Resilience, ambition, and a proactive attitude
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- £25,000 + on-call payments
