Job Overview

Reed is hiring an ambitious recruiter to drive a busy Accountancy desk. The role will be based in Northampton with an initial 3 month office based period followed by a hybrid schedule (1-2 days WFH). A valid driving licence is required for client facing duties.

Location & Salary

Northampton Full time Pay: £28,000-£33,000 + uncapped commission and quarterly bonus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain existing client relationships.
• Win new business through proactive outreach ( 50 calls per day).
• Meet local clients to build long term partnerships.
• Source and manage candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Track KPIs, revenue targets, and overall activity.

Qualifications

• Recruitment experience with a proven billing track record.
• Resilient, telephone oriented, and self motivated.
• Comfortable working fast and managing multiple clients.
• Ability to build relationships while maintaining high activity.
• Driving licence is helpful but not mandatory.
