Recruitment Consultant - USA Division - Stafford (Hybrid DOE)

Join our growing USA Division in Stafford as a Recruitment Consultant. The role supports the United States market and may involve future relocation to Austin, Texas.

The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the end to end recruitment process, building and maintaining relationships with engineering candidates and clients on the East Coast of America.

• Write and post engaging job adverts
• Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
• Qualify and screen candidates to evaluate skills and suitability
• Manage interview processes and negotiate offers
• Identify and engage new clients to generate new vacancies
• Maintain long term relationships with existing clients
• Work towards KPIs and revenue targets in a fast paced environment
