Recruitment Consultant

Are you a driven Recruitment Consultant looking to take ownership of a busy contract desk? Permanent People are working exclusively with a well-established recruitment business in Bromley who are seeking a talented consultant to join their growing team.

This role focuses on placing high-volume, contract Gas Engineers, so you'll need to be proactive, organised, and confident in managing multiple roles simultaneously.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing and growing a busy contract desk within the gas engineering sector
• Building strong relationships with clients and contractors
• Proactively sourcing, screening, and placing candidates into ongoing assignments
• Delivering against high-volume recruitment needs with speed and accuracy
• Ensuring compliance and maintaining excellent service standards
