You will play a key role in developing client relationships, managing candidates, and delivering exceptional recruitment solutions, while enjoying support from an experienced leadership team and a collaborative, high performing culture.

Recruitment Consultant Duties

• Building and developing strong relationships with clients across multiple sectors
• Identifying and winning new business opportunities through proactive business development
• Sourcing, interviewing, and managing high quality candidates
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from initial brief to placement
• Providing consultative advice to both clients and candidates
• Maintaining a strong pipeline of roles and candidates
• Delivering against agreed targets and KPIs
• Representing NC Associates professionally in the Manchester market

What You'll Need

To be successful in your application you MUST have the following:

• Previous recruitment or sales experience advantageous but not essential
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• A proactive, self motivated, and results driven mindset
• Commercial awareness and a passion for delivering excellent service
• Resilience, ambition, and a genuine desire to succeed
• Ability to work in a fast paced, target driven environment
• Team player with a positive attitude
