Overview

AndersElite are one of the best known recruitment consultancies in the UK operating within the construction market. We have several excellent opportunities for individuals to join our Leeds team working in a fast paced, high performing office. These position involves the sourcing and placement of White collar staff within the construction industry.

Responsibilities

Typical duties will involve:

• Resourcing freelance and permanent candidates for construction clients in the Yorkshire region.
• You will be talking to candidates every day on the telephone, assessing suitability for vacancies, networking and qualifying for future roles.
• You will be actively involved with contacting rail engineering contractors, key selling available candidates, and identifying vacancies.
• You will be working with successful recruiters with long standing client relationships.
• Setting up adverts on job sites, and LinkedIn.
• Qualifying, referencing candidates, vetting them for the suitability of the role.
