Job Description

We are seeking ambitious recruiters to join our growing team for Reed in Belfast. This role involves office support and commercial recruitment across Northern Ireland, recruiting for business and office support roles with clients in both the private and public sectors.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Full 360 Recruitment Process: Engage in business development, client acquisition, job briefings, candidate sourcing, interviews, offer negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Use job boards, referrals, headhunting via platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, advertising, and social media. Conduct interviews, background checks, and match candidates to roles.
  • Key Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, providing excellent service and advice.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure branch success and maximize cross-selling opportunities.
