• Candidate Sourcing: Use your expertise to source, screen, and place high-quality candidates across various sectors, including Government, Public Sector, IT, Healthcare
• Business Development: Identify opportunities to expand and grow business within your client base and network.
• Negotiation: Lead negotiations for fees, terms of business, and salaries, ensuring the best outcome for both clients and candidates.
• Market Expertise: Stay ahead of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to provide insights to clients and candidates alike.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience either within a Sales Orientated Role or as a Recruitment Consultant with a track record of success in driving revenue and building lasting relationships.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• A results-driven mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Leadership potential, with the ability to coach and develop others.
• Knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
