At Optime Group, the UK's largest and most trusted recruitment agency in the aviation sector, we are expanding our presence at Manchester and Liverpool Airports - and we're looking for the right person to join us on this exciting journey.

The Role

As a Recruiter at Optime Group, you will:

• Deliver recruitment services for our established client base
• Source, screen, and interview candidates face-to-face
• Handle onboarding and documentation processes
• Build strong relationships with candidates and clients across both airports
• Work closely with the Branch Manager as the face of our Northern operations

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who is:

• Experienced and able to work autonomously
• Results-driven with a passion for recruitment
• Skilled at identifying high-quality candidates
• Process-driven with strong organisational skills
• Experienced in recruitment coordination (desirable)
• Calm and effective under pressure
• A confident communicator with a proactive attitude
• In possession of a full driving licence and their own vehicle (essential)

This is a key hire for us - someone who will help grow our presence in the North West alongside the Branch Manager.
