Job Description

Want to earn up to 30% commission and benefit from your hard work? We're currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team, working with both UK and international clients.

Based in Norwich and Dubai, GCB Recruitment has worked with award-winning and well-renowned clients across the UK and internationally for over 15 years! We are growing our coverage while maintaining a close-knit and supportive team aligned with our company values, where every individual is fully supported both personally and professionally.

The successful Recruitment Consultant will be offered:

Working hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 8:45 am - 5:30 pm
  • Friday: 8:45 am - 5:00 pm
  • No weekends or evenings!

Recruitment Consultant requirements:

  • Experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service industries
  • Ambitious with a drive to succeed
  • Excellent communication and natural interpersonal skills
  • Confident and personable phone manner
  • Hard-working with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Pro-active and motivated to exceed KPIs
  • Willing to face challenges head-on
  • Highly organized

Key tasks include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing your own clients, candidates, and vacancies within a specific area and sector-without competing with colleagues
  • Handling queries and relationship building
  • Negotiating fees and offers
  • Business development
  • Sourcing candidates and headhunting
  • Understanding the needs of candidates and clients
  • Registering candidates and organizing interviews, including arranging and gathering feedback
