Job Description
Want to earn up to 30% commission and benefit from your hard work? We're currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team, working with both UK and international clients.
Based in Norwich and Dubai, GCB Recruitment has worked with award-winning and well-renowned clients across the UK and internationally for over 15 years! We are growing our coverage while maintaining a close-knit and supportive team aligned with our company values, where every individual is fully supported both personally and professionally.
The successful Recruitment Consultant will be offered:
- Negotiable basic salary depending on experience

Working hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 8:45 am - 5:30 pm
- Friday: 8:45 am - 5:00 pm
- No weekends or evenings!
Recruitment Consultant requirements:
- Experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service industries
- Ambitious with a drive to succeed
- Excellent communication and natural interpersonal skills
- Confident and personable phone manner
- Hard-working with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Pro-active and motivated to exceed KPIs
- Willing to face challenges head-on
- Highly organized
Key tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Managing your own clients, candidates, and vacancies within a specific area and sector-without competing with colleagues
- Handling queries and relationship building
- Negotiating fees and offers
- Business development
- Sourcing candidates and headhunting
- Understanding the needs of candidates and clients
- Registering candidates and organizing interviews, including arranging and gathering feedback
