Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of clients within your specialised sector.
• Source, screen, and place candidates in roles within these sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Contribute to the company's success by achieving and exceeding targets.

Requirements

• 3 years + proven experience as a 360-recruitment consultant with a billing history.
• Applicant must be based in the Greater London (Southeast)/Kent.
• Strong understanding of your sector
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Commitment to ethical recruitment practices and compliance with industry regulations.
