The OpportunityThis is an opportunity to take your recruitment career into one of the fastest-growing sectors in the world. You'll partner with engineering and construction professionals working on major U.S. infrastructure, power and renewable energy projects, building long-term client relationships while recruiting across permanent vacancies.
Working UK office hours, you'll recruit for Project Managers, Construction Managers, Electrical Engineers, Transmission & Distribution professionals and Renewable Energy specialists, benefiting from average placement fees of £20,000-£30,000+.
What's On Offer?You'll receive a competitive basic salary of £30,000-£45,000, alongside an uncapped commission structure ranging from 15%-30%, with clear progression as your career develops.
High performers are rewarded further through commission accelerators of 40% once annual billings exceed £500k, increasing to 50% beyond £700k, plus quarterly bonuses of up to £1,000 for consistent performance.
