The Role:

- Managing your own market in the built environment space
- Placing candidates and generating monthly revenue
- Building relationships with clients and attending industry events
- Creating a strong personal brand on LinkedIn
- Contributing to a collaborative, high-energy team culture
- Ambition, resilience, and a drive to succeed
- Entrepreneurial spirit and strong work ethic
- Confidence to speak to clients and candidates
- £26/28k basic salary
