Recruitment Consultant - Newport Secondary (DONE)

Responsibilities

• Manage your own Newport Secondary Schools across South Wales
• Make regular sales calls to warm and cold clients
• Source, interview and support teachers, teaching assistants, and support staff
• Match candidates with roles that truly suit their skills and values
• Build lasting, trust based relationships with school leaders
• Handle daily bookings, long term placements, and permanent recruitment
• Achieve personal and team goals - you'll be supported, but expected to push yourself

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence - you visit client schools once a week (mileage paid)
• Customer facing, sales or education experience is helpful (but not essential)
• A real passion for education and helping others succeed
• Agile - able to manage multiple priorities and juggle tasks efficiently while delivering outstanding service
• Sales focused - experience in recruitment, direct sales or customer service; you excel in performance driven environments to meet and exceed targets

• £28,000 - £34,000 base salary depending on experience plus uncapped commission
