Recruitment Consultant - Hybrid

The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant who is ready to take ownership of a warm, growing Cyber Security desk.

This is a genuine opportunity to step into a role with existing cyber security clients already in place, full autonomy over your market, and the long term potential to build and lead your own team within an established, growing business.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing and developing existing cyber security clients from day one
• Running a dual desk, managing both permanent and contract recruitment across the UK cyber market
• Building long term, trusted relationships with candidates and clients
• Owning the full recruitment lifecycle end to end
• Identifying and developing new opportunities within the cyber security space
• Playing a key role in growth, with future scope to build and manage a team

What We're Looking For

• Previous recruitment experience, experience hiring within tech would be a plus
• Proven ability to manage clients and recruitment processes independently
• Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with autonomy and accountability
• Ambitious, driven, and motivated to build something long term
