Leading London based consultancy is seeking a Consultant with experience of the FM & Maintenance sector to join their Built Environment practice. The FM & Maintenance sectors are both core disciplines and one of the best networked teams within the built environment business in London.
The position would suit an experienced self-managing consultant that is seeking the autonomy to make their own business decisions without restrictive KPIs.
Salary to £35,000K (DOE) + step down commission structure that pays up to 30% of the total amount billed from the 1st £ billed + 25 days holiday + flexible working hours
