£28,000 - £30,000 + commission (DOE)

What You'll Be Doing:

• Managing a 360 recruitment desk covering both permanent and temporary roles across the Fire & Security and M&E sectors
• Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients and candidates
• Writing engaging job adverts, sourcing candidates through various platforms, screening CVs, and conducting interviews
• Negotiating offers and closing placements
• Working closely with internal Resourcers and Consultants to ensure client satisfaction
• Keeping CRM and compliance records fully up-to-date

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in recruitment (360 or 180) - ideally in technical, engineering, or trades
• A confident, target-driven individual with strong relationship-building skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team
• Genuine interest in the Fire & Security or M&E sectors (preferred, not essential)
