Recruitment Consultant - Financial Markets - Paris

M.R. Search Financial Makets is a recruitment firm specialized in capital markets covering leading hedge funds and investment banks. The company is looking for a junior recruitement consultant to join as soon as possible.

Within a dynamic team, you will work alongside a former trader who has in-depth knowledge of hiring needs in investment banks and hedge funds, specifically for roles such as portfolio managers, traders, quantitative researchers and developers.

Main responsibilities of the role include:

• Screening and sourcing candidates.
• Contacting and qualifying potential candidates.
• Writing job postings.
• Optimizing the recruitment process.
• Maintaining a statistical database to evaluate business performance.

The ideal candidate will be:

• Genuinely interested in financial markets, with a particular focus on trading and portfolio management.
• Goal-oriented, proactive, dynamic, and detail-oriented.
• Capable of working independently and bringing creative ideas.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Compensation:

• Base salary + unlimited % bonus.
