Recruitment Consultant - 360 Agency Recruitment

Location: Cardiff, CF10 1EW

Salary: Up to £34,000 + uncapped bonus (paid every 4 weeks)

About the Role

You will take ownership of a warm busy temps desk covering Cardiff and the wider South Wales region, recruiting across office and operational support roles. As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage the full 360 recruitment process, working closely with both clients and candidates across the Business Support market. Typical roles include administrators, customer service advisors, sales executives and office & operational support roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the end to end recruitment lifecycle
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
• Sourcing, interviewing and placing candidates
• Winning new business and expanding existing accounts
• Managing compliance and candidate care
• Building a sustainable, high performing desk

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in 360 recruitment or B2B sales
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, target driven environment
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Resilience, professionalism and commercial awareness
• A genuine interest in building long term client partnerships
