Permanent People are pleased to be working alongside a thriving Technology Recruitment Business, specialising in Data, Digital, Development, Architecture & Analytics across Europe.
With offices in Belgium and France, our client is looking for a strong leader to build and develop their Dutch entity. You'll chose the location of the office and hire 2 juniors to work alongside you.
The role:
You will be responsible for the growth and success of the Dutch office. There are two key elements to this position, firstly, developing new clients. With the support of one of the Founders, you'll strategically open, nurture and expand IT clients, gaining freelance vacancies.
Secondly, you'll start building a team, where you will hire and develop junior recruiters. Supporting with 1-2-1 training to ensure each Recruitment Consultant achieves their full potential. The junior's will start in a delivery capacity, finding great talent for the accounts you've generated, then progress to a full 360 sales position with your guidance.
You'll be responsible for the full P&L, process development and systematic evolution of the Dutch office.

What we're looking for -
- At least 4-5 years recruitment experience in the agency recruitment within the Dutch market
- Must have experience and deep knowledge working with freelance/ detachering recruitment processes
- Strong knowledge of the IT/ Technology recruitment market in the Netherlands is vital
- Fluent Dutch essential, with a strong level of English
- A strong salesperson who enjoys building new relationships. With the ability to evidence success developing new client partnerships
- Previous experience mentoring and managing junior recruiters is advantageous
- A critical thinker who can establish strong recruitment processes and adapt to a developing new office
- Confident and driven individual who is excited by a start-up environment
- An exceptional communicator, who is attentive, professional and credible
